ContactEngine and KST partner to bring proactive citizen journeys to government agencies

Partnership to ease citizen communication with agencies while achieving desired outcomes as defined in government-mandated IT Modernization Plans. 


Washington D.C., 27 May 2021: ContactEngine Inc., the proactive conversational AI technology used by government agencies and large corporations across industries to automate customer communications, has today announced a partnership with Ka'ala Systems Technology Corporation (KST), a native Hawaiian/Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, a certified Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and a certified participant within the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. KST has several current contracts as both primary and subcontractor, primarily within the Department of Defense. 

Through this partnership, KST will assist government agencies in identifying opportunities to execute their IT Modernization Plans related to improving communication outreach to citizens by implementing ContactEngine. 

ContactEngine streamlines citizen communication and assists government agencies and enterprise corporations in achieving their operational objectives with proactive, conversational AI via any channel (automated voice, SMS, email, etc.), regardless of the agency’s legacy back-end systems.
